Floss your teeth, use whitening toothpaste with mouthwash in the toothpaste. Arm & Hammer's cinnamon toothpaste with mouthwash is great.
You can also use any Arm & Hammer whitening toothpaste.
Floss before you brush because flossing before brushing gets rid of extra residue underneath the gums which
toothbrushing can't reach down to.
Eating a healthy diet rich in dark greens such as parsley, baby spinach, cilantro, bok choy, watercress, Swiss Chard, beet root leaves, dandelion leaves, dark green celery leaves, green bell peppers and grape leaves.
Other excellent leafy veggies to consume is red Swiss chard, raddichio, red lettuce, fresh dill and fresh endive.
Also add other veggies such as potatoes with the skin on, red, orange, yellow and purple bell peppers, brussel sprouts ( only 2 per day should be enough), snowpeas, clean fresh mushrooms (consumed the day they've been bought) and sweet potates.
All fruit is healthy so don't include any.
Lean red meat with enough fat to absorb fat soluble vitamins but not too much to get health problems. Also have free range free run organic omega 3 eggs, mostly egg whtes at least 5 times a week.
Have carbs such as wild rice, pasta made out of wild rice or whole wheat, whole grain toast, toasted cinnamon raison English muffins and blueberry muffins with real blueberries.
Drink purfiltered 1% milk, mozzarella, marble cheddar and Jarlsberg Norwegian light Swiss cheese, 2% fat yogurt and some ice cream.
Drink plenty of water daily in addition to your food intake.
Swallow some cod liver oil tablets once or twice a day before meals.
Don't eat junk food, fast food, cold cuts, mayonnaise, heavy white mayonnaise type salad creams and dressings, horse radish, mustard, relish, onions, pickles, processed cheese, processed meat, bologna, smoked sausages, sausages, dry salami's, pea meal bacon and jerky meat.
